I am signed up for that feature. What is the normal turnaround for getting a response?

Where did you get that email address from? The reason I ask is that on the CWC+ web page, when you click on the Get Help option (as indicated in the image below)
You get the following page and on it there is no email link associated with the One to One Technical Support.
