I submitted one of my apps to the App Store and it got approved and says ready for sale. But when I look up it’s name on the App Store it does not show my app.

I can take a day or so to show…
I find that being in Australia and although I tell Apple to release the app on the same day, because we are ahead of USA time, it can take around 24 hours to show on the App Store.
Be patient … It will appear.

Also depending on your settings you could’ve chosen to release the app immediately after being approved, or on a specified date. Check our settings, but like @Craig said it can take some time
