Hey, Guys.

I’ve been trying to enroll in the Developer Program; However, every time I submit the payment it takes less than 24 hours and then Canceled.
I tried 4 different credit cards, as Apple Support Representative asked me to do so, but still not going through.

Does anyone have the same problem, recently?
If you guys have successfully made the payment and your account is active now, would you please tell us how did you make the payment so I can do the same and start my program right away.

I’m away too late to submit the projects and start losing costumers for that reason.

It is possible that you are facing the same issue as this person did who was trying to enrol from India.

It may well be that Apple are refusing to process credit card payments from certain countries for whatever the reason.
