Background issue

I know this is a pretty basic concept at this point but, I’m having an issue with the background stretching to the full phone screen. I have included pictures. Thanks in advanced for the help

Try to do it in this order.

  1. Uncheck Constrain to margins
  2. Drop down, click on the view, rather than the safe area
  3. Change whatever the number is to 0
    Repeat for all 4 sides then add constraint

XCODE 11.3 has a bug …
in step-3: key the number 0.01 (instead of 0)
