Am really confuse on how to install Xcode in my windows computer please help me
Xcode will not run natively on Windows. You need to load a Virtual machine on Windows and then install a version of macOS and then install Xcode.
The other alternative is to purchase a Mac which will run Xcode natively.
This video may be of assistance if you want to pursue installing macOS on windows.
