When I originally signed up for CWC I signed up for the 3 month up front charge membership. I hadn’t been paying close attention to my monthly charges but after my three month trial had expired I began receiving monthly charges. I just logged back in for the first time to cancel my membership but it has not been cancelled. Why am I getting these unauthorized charges and how Do I cancel my membership? The membership cancellation process seems not to be working.
