I think you have compressed the project at the wrong level in Finder.
I have another idea. I have basically created your project using your code and json file you posted on Code Crew. The images are different but that does not matter.
Download from this link to your Desktop.
Double click on the file to decompress it. In Xcode select File > Open and then navigate to the folder QuotesJaime and open it.

The error you were seeing did not show up on my version of Xcode so I have no idea what that could have been.
As a matter of interest, what Mac do you have?
Macbook Air purchased in April 2021 specifically for learning Swift, previously only worked with PCs and Android, that is why it has been a a little difficult learning on a different platform.
For this project I tried creating a new project but the same error appeared.

I think the ofType in the pathString path must have been set to “text.json” rather than “json”.
