If you have enrolled in the Fundamentals Course via the condewithchris.com website you will have access the the resources for all of the modules in that Fundamentals course including the cheat sheet that you mention.
In the Introduction section there is a topic titled “Materials for this Course” and in the details of that topic there is a link to download all of the necessary resources.
