How do you create beautiful creatives

I see apps especially games and educational have such beautiful creatives… e.g. Chris created Magic hat and i was listening to the podcast.
My creatives look so basic. Wondering what is the way to create such beautiful creatives? or do you’ll end up hiring a professional?

Professionals can make UIs, user interfaces, (which I’m guessing is what you mean by “creatives”) way better than I can

I would say a majority of games hire people. But you can also look at Dribbble for inspiration
