Hey everyone, my name is Brian and this is the beginning of my capstone project for the Launch Your First App program.
My background is in IT (hardware sales) and I’ve been learning iOS for 6 months.
Ultimately, my goal for learning iOS development is to:

Learn a new skill (building on some old and very basic Fortran and C++ coding from my Uni days (many years ago)).

Spend my spare time on something that stimulates the grey matter as opposed to wasting time on useless social media - which can become all too consuming.

Try and earn some extra $$$s.
So far things are progressing well. The CWC+ course is excellent and my confidence for tackling new challenges is unwavering.
