Has anyone figured out how to get hold of an API key for Module 2 in iOS Networking?
I’m getting a 400 response using the Key in Lesson 04, Proxyman is showing the response payload saying the trial is expired so I started the process of trying my own trial but I can’t past creating the app portion.
I’m selecting BASE as my plan but my email is giving trouble saying I need a business email for Premium and Enhanced trials… but I’m going with BASE…
It just seems like something is up with the Yelp site here but I’m wondering if anyone else is seeing the same thing?

Oh wait… okay I got my key. The reason the Create button would not activate is because my description field was empty… that was not clear but all good now
Did signing up for the trial help? I signed up, got a new API key but the response I gate from proxy man is “Your Trial has expired. Please upgrade to continue using the service. Visit https://www.yelp.com/developers/v3/manage_app or email at fusion@yelp.com to explore options.” So I dont know if its a bug.
Once I signed up and got the key I had no issues. Are you sure you hadn’t created the account before? And just double check the key you are using is the new one and you aren’t referencing the wrong one by mistake
Thank you! I figured it out. Even though I signed up yesterday, and got my API key yesterday, my trial didn’t start until next day. Weird.
