Regarding feedback replies

Hi there, I have sent an email and messaged on live chat regarding my CWC+ membership. I paid for it a few days ago on my account however when I try load the courses it says i need to get it again. I have the email confirmation that i got it and i also have proof that the amount was deducted from my bank account. Please let me know what i can do about this.
