I paid for CWC+ three days ago and my dashboard still has not been updated. To add to that, I was double charged for the monthly subscription. I’ve emailed (multiple email addresses), used the chat feature, pretty much every avenue I can think of, and I have not received any response. I’d like this resolved ASAP.
