Turnaround time for answering questions

I am thinking about subscribing and was wondering what the turnaround time is for submitting a question through email and receiving an answer.

Fairly quick. I’ve emailed them I think twice now, and got responded within a day. There’s also the community on here as well.

There is a bunch of us lurking here so you can be sure that at some point you will get an answer… unless no-one has a clue how to answer the question.
