I am unable to access the content even after making the payment.
Even after contacting the support team via chat and mail; no body has replied or addressed my issue.
The issue is that, the website is treating me as if I have not purchased and just promoting me to join CWC+ (even though I have already joined and paid the amount).
I am assuming Chris and his team are busy and didn’t see my chat message and email; and hoping this will help to highlight the issue to them.
