My language learning app is now live on the App Store
(Initially free to help raise awareness - so go and bag yourself a version)
I’m seriously pumped to have got this far. It’s pretty surreal. My app development journey started nearly 2 years ago. My app idea came from a book series I had developed and self-published; but I wanted to modernise the learner experience and create an app.
I attended a skills bootcamp here in the UK in late 2022; to learn the basics of Swift. I watched a bunch of different YouTube channels and discovered CodeWithChris in the process.
It feels great to have finally completed what I set out to do. Anything from here on is a bonus, but I really hope people take to my concept and that it evolves into something else. I genuinely believe it offers a totally different and empowering approach to learning that isn’t always encouraged.
