Videos are not loading at all

Hi everyone,
Is it just me or anyone else is facing the same issue with the videos stuck on Loading. I tried it on Safari as well as on Chrome. But none of the video is playing. What should I do?

I tried logging out and logging in again. I even tried with a new account for 14 days free challenge to check if the videos are working but none of them is playing.

Kindly help me out if you can.

Which course are you attempting to watch? I just want to be able to see if there is anything obvious. Also which country are you in?
