In Xcode, the ‘View’ & ‘Modifier’ tabs are visible initially when I start a project and after some time it disappears from the Library. What could be the reason and how to get the tabs back?

Xcode just might be having a bit of a moment so maybe close it and then relaunch it to see if that solves the problem.
