Still cannot understand the concept of delegates and protocols even though I am working on the quiz app. Any help?

If you are following the IOS Foundations course then in the Match App module (Module 3), Chris goes into considerable detail on Protocols and Delegate patterns in Lessons 5 & 6 so maybe go back and revisit those Lessons.
