Where is the Chat App Course?

I came here from youtube course about Custom Tabs in Chat App. It mentioned the full course: “How to Build a Chat App” course on CWC+.

But Subscribed now and i couldn’t find it.

Was it removed?
Is there any other course similar to it?

But those whole sections have no access point in the Dashboard. Couldn’t find them again.

If i could rephrase the question now:

  • Will it be “updated” soon?
  • Will there be “Full Apps” (ready to launch) courses of same nature? (Medium complexity, some SwiftData, Lists, DetailView, Create and delete)

Those are extremely helpful for me, as I learn a lot and in most or all cases follow along and adjust to make a totally different app from watching this app be built.

It’s a complex course and not one for the newcomer to SwiftUI and Database implementations. As to whether it will be updated by Chris Ching I really don’t know but in the short term I suspect not. From what I understand it took a lot of work to create and, as always is the case, there have been changes to Firebase since that course was completed and that will make it challenging for anyone following the course now. It’s what happens in the constantly evolving world of Xcode, SwiftUI and external databases such as Firebase.

I don’t know what is on the radar for Chris at the moment. He has recently completed an update to the YouTube course which has the episodes available on his YouTube channel.

The current database course is focussed on SwiftData.
